GENERAL REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Select Products)

Certain products and services are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This applies to:

AI Vibe Coding Workshop

Other courses or programs explicitly marketed with a money-back guarantee

To qualify for a refund under the 30-day guarantee:

Request must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date

For the AI Tycoonz 8-Week Course + Coaching Program we only offer a 14 day refund on that offering, and the user must have taken action following the training, demonstrated where it did not work for them. At this stage, we will offer the user a 1on1 call to help them get moving forward, and if we cannot help them - then we will refund them their purchase price of the 8 week course + coaching.

You must have made a good-faith effort to engage with the content and implement what you learned

You must submit your refund request via email to [email protected] with subject line "REFUND REQUEST"

Provide a brief explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations (optional but helpful for improving our services)

Refund requests received after 30 days will not be honored.

Products NOT Covered by Money-Back Guarantee

The following products and services are FINAL SALE and non-refundable:

One-Time Offers (OTOs) presented immediately after checkout

Upsell products purchased as add-ons

Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed (templates, guides, software, tools)

Lifetime access courses where content has been fully accessed or downloaded

Custom services or done-for-you work that has been completed

Third-party products or services purchased through affiliate links

These products are non-refundable because:

Digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered

Custom work cannot be undone once completed

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT PLAN REFUNDS

Day 15: You request a refund → Eligible for full refund of first payment

Day 35: You request a refund → NOT eligible because second payment has been processed

The AI Tycoonz 8-Week Course + Coaching Program is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To qualify:

You must request a refund within 30 days of enrollment

You must have attended at least 2 live coaching sessions (or watched replays)

You must have made a reasonable effort to implement the strategies taught

Refunds will be denied if:

You request a refund after the 30-day window

You have not engaged with the program content

Other Courses and Workshops

DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUNDS
